Herbs in bloom
When you visit in May you’re rewarded with a sea of lavender that casts a soothing aroma across the herb gardens, as well as a wide range of other gorgeous plants. There’s also a woodland area to explore, an intriguing maze and even a shrub garden where the shrubs are planted in the shape of the island of Cyprus itself!
Take a step out of the ordinary
There is so much to see and do in Cyprus, you’ll never be bored, but it’s always nice to find something new to do on your next visit to the island. So take a day off from the beach and do check out this festival. There’s so much going on, you can learn new skills trying your hand at archery, you’ll be able to take part in a treasure hunt in the maze, and little explorers will love discovering the secret village where the fairies live in the enchanted forest. When you’re tired from exploring, you can sit down, relax and enjoy a storytelling session. There are many other surprises during the festival, but we won’t spoil it for you and tell you everything that’s going on, as part of the magic is in finding out yourself!
