Listing & Business Development Responsibilities
The position has 3 primary responsibilities:
- Property Listing. Identifying new Listing leads (Developers / Individual owners looking to sell their properties)
- Identify new Agents and potential new markets for promotion of the company's listings
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers / Associates
When it comes togenerating Listings, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching Property Developers and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new Listings and potential new markets
- Contacting potential Sellers via email or phone to set up meetings all over the island
- Developing listing agreement with developers and individual property owners
- Entering property data to companies CRM
When it comes to the challenge of actually expanding the company's network of agents and associates, other typical duties include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting Associates to inform them about new developments in the company’s listings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Helping Agent teams' members develop their skills for selling the company's listing
- To keep healthy relationships with clients and Agents, this mostly requires socialisation. So from simple chats on the phone to lunches and must be sure to keep their client's happy.
The skills you need to excel in this position include:
- Local property Market knowledge, with emphasis on the second home sector
- Triaging leads to ensure maximum conversion to transactions
- Fluency in the English and Greek Language
- Strong communication and IT literacy
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
