Sweet home estates is a newly established trademark for C.I Platinum Properties group of companies. The group operated successfully in the development industry but decided to leave the sector and aggressively enter the estate agency business.

Our strategy is to establish a full range product estate agency company with offices all over Cyprus offering sales, rentals, management and maintenance services.

The 16 companies in our group as well as the network of our associates could offer services ranging from Legal advice, construction management, financial services as well as corporate consulting.

Our director other from a Registered estate agent is a Registered property surveyor and valuer out of the 70 registered surveyors in Cyprus and out off the 3 specializing on the East coast.

We operate at the moment with offices in Nicosia , Larnaca and Paralimni with a strategy to expand in Pafos, in the next year to cover the whole of Cyprus .
